Here are some of my amps

You might ask why so many? Well I have 24 guitars and maybe they should all have their own amp? We'll see!!

My VOX AD60VT "Valvetronix"

This is a great modeling amp. It can do just about anything. Great Marshall tones!! I think due to the fact that Korg bought both Vox and Marshall!! I would recommend this amp to anyone that plays live in small to medium settings. Power is not an issue and the easily accessed pre-sets make switching sounds very simple.

Carvin Master Tube Series 2 12 combo. SWEET!!!!
This is my newest amp. The Carvin Master Tube Series is a very sweet sounding amp. I love the lead channel. DISTORTION and FEEDBACK!!!!
Marshall 30 year anniversary
This is the best of Marshall!! three channels and a lot of gain. I used this amp on my 3 Days After project and the engineers all said that it was the easiest amp to record because of the clarity. The cabinet is one of Curt's old cabs loaded with vintage 30's. I used an SM57 on the speaker and an Audio Technica 4033 about 6 ft. back for a little room feel. I like to record in the room with the amp to get the guitar and amp to interact. Trust me it sounded great.
Roland Blues Cube.
A little practice amp. This is the last of the solid state amps I play. I got this amp from a friend (Darren) who was hard up for cash at the moment. I guess I did him a favor by getting it out of the Pawn Shop and he got some money out of the deal. It really doesn't do anything but get a bluesy sound and that is just what it was designed for. I will put my peddle board in front of this to get more gain. My RP1 has a couple of good patches as well. This is my least favorite amp but I just can't get rid of it because Darren might want it back someday.
Laney 50 watt super lead

I got one of these as a loaner while recording while my Marshall was in the shop. I liked it so much that I bought one. I play mine through a carvin 4x12 cab (Brittish series) This amp has a pull on / off pre amp for distortion. It is basically a Brittish sounding amp with lots of tone controlls. Bass, mid ,and treble boosts. Very Different!! Great Tone!!

This was an early SQUID purchase. Like 10 years ago!
Line 6 POD
This is a direct recording device that is by far the best I have seen. Basically you have 16 different amps with a bunch of cabinets to mix and match via the software and a MIDI cable. Plug this directly into your PC or recording device and BAM your layin' the tracks down. If you want to get the perfect sound don't even try it. But it does a great job for those late night recording sessions. I like to especially use this for recording lead parts just because it has a sick amount of gain!!
My 80's style Carvin Quad X, T100 and Alesis RA100

This is my rack!! It consists of an Aris power distribution and rack illumination system, a Carvin Quad X (four channel pre amp) A Roland SDE 1000 digital delay, a Yamaha 32 band EQ,  a Beringer Compressor/limiter, a Hush II noise gate, an ART elite multi processor, A carvin Tube 100 power amp, and an Alesis RA 100 power Amp. This is a 200 watt rack amp that is capable of running 4  4x12 cabinets. Shoot that is 16 12" speakers at 50 watts per cabinet. A lot of sound!! Boy is it fun to make my guitar sing with all of that power. I used to have a rack amp in the day but I have just rebuilt this retro unit. I use the fs77 that came with the Carvin Quad X or my Digitech RP1 to manipulate the effects and Quad X. It is a very versatile set up.
